Ancy

Ancy supports children, adolescents, and adults to improve their mental health, wellbeing, and everyday functioning. She works with individuals experiencing a range of challenges, including Autism, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, learning difficulties, and emotional regulation concerns.

Ancy provides practical, evidence-based occupational therapy support to help people build skills for daily life, increase independence, and feel more confident at home, school, work, and within the community. She delivers both individual and group-based therapy as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.

She holds a degree in Occupational Therapy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) and has completed postgraduate studies in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, and Business Research at Swiss Business School. Her training and experience enable her to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in hospital and clinical settings, both in Australia and internationally.

Outside of work, Ancy enjoys cooking, engaging in community activities, and spending time with family and friends.

Approach

Ancy takes a warm, respectful, and person-centred approach, working at each client’s pace and focusing on what matters most to them and their family. Her practice is informed by trauma-aware and recovery-focused principles, with a strong emphasis on strengths, safety, and real-world outcomes.

She values collaboration and works closely with parents, carers, schools, and other health professionals to ensure care is coordinated, practical, and meaningful.
