Dr Ashleigh

Ashleigh has worked in the mental health care space since 2013 and offers an inclusive, client-centred, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach to therapy and assessment.

Her practice is grounded in evidence-based psychological approaches, using talk-based therapy to support individuals in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, their experiences, and the challenges they face. Ashleigh is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.

Alongside her clinical work, Ashleigh enjoys teaching psychology students in a tertiary setting and values contributing to the development of future professionals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs.
