The Healthy Mind Solutions team is made up of clinicians with a range of qualifications and lots of experience. We care for patients of all ages who are suffering from mental illnesses and indicated disorders and conditions.

With our range of clinicians, we provide our patients with access to a number of complementary services. This means that you can receive comprehensive streamlined treatment from the one location.

The needs of our patients are our primary focus, and the HMS team works collaboratively to determine the appropriate treatment options for each individual from a range of therapies.

We are also innovators, embracing the latest technology and treatment options, so you can receive the most up-to-date and appropriate care.

Appointment information

For more information about any of the following points, please get in touch with our team.

  • All consultations are by appointment only.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment to ensure all your paperwork is completed in time.

  • Appointments with many of our clinicians require a referral from your GP or another clinician. This is to ensure that you can claim the Medicare rebate. If you are unsure whether this applies to the service you require, please get in touch with our team.

  • Please download and complete this registration form and send it to us or bring to your appointment.

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice so that we can offer the time to another patient. Cancellation fees will apply if you do not provide this notice and fail to attend your appointment. 

 

Your initial consultation

At your first consultation, your clinician will ask you questions to help us create a treatment plan that is right for your individual needs. This plan may include different types of therapies, a combination of in-clinic and Telehealth services, and therapeutic actions for you to continue at home.

Make sure you bring along your:

  • Completed registration form

  • Referral from your GP or other referrer, and any other paperwork they provide you with

  • Medicare card

  • List of current medications

Some patients may be able to claim travel and accommodation expenses under the The Victorian Patient Transport Assistance Scheme (VPTAS). You can access information on the health.vic website and download the form you will need to complete here

Payment for our services

Healthy Mind Solutions is a private clinic and fees for all services apply. We accept all cards, cash and direct deposit (If arranged in advance).

All payments are due on the day of your appointment, prior to entering your scheduled appointment. We are unable to provide accounts for our services.

Some of our services are eligible for Medicare rebates or are funded by NDIS & DVA.

If you have funding for our services from another 3rd partiy including WorkCover & TAC, written approval must be provided to Healthy Mind Solutions prior to the appointment.
