For the following services please obtain a GP referral and have it sent directly to Healthy Mind Solutions:

Unfortunately, Dr. Vijay Raj is not taking on new patients at this time unless they are seeking rTMS or tDCS Therapy.
For Allied Health services please use our online referral form or NDIS referral form to securely submit your referral and relevant documents and information to assist with triage, treatment and care.
